第26天 论点与评述(Opinions and Comments)
注意……开始上课了……
写作思路与要求
本模块立意在对某个问题的“评述”或考生个人“观点”的阐述，短文的主体是考生自己对某一问题的观点、看法或见解，文章往往开宗明义提出要阐述的问题，而后从一个或多个视角对该问题提出考生个人的观点或见解，并辅之以考生之所以持这些见解、看法的理由。短文在语篇层次上通常以因果方式展开，而后以对比或枚举的格式分段阐述。
这一模块的基本提纲如下：
第一段提出问题、对问题进行评述或引述他人的观点。
简述标题中涉及的某论题并着手展开对该问题的讨论——按提纲要求对论题进行评述。
第二段观点或态度。
按提纲一种角度的要求提出本人或他人的观点或态度。
第三段观点或态度。
再按提纲另一角度的要求提出本人或他人的观点或态度；
最后一段结论或综述。
综合上述看法及理由，或提出问题解决方案或实现目的的途径。

As a human being,one can hardly① do without a friend and the fact has been selfevident.With the help of honest friends,we can easily get over the difficulties and hardships we come across.②Moreover, friends are the people we can consult,share happiness with and exchange opinions with.②So making friends is a very indispensable part in our life.
②But whats true friendship? ③As the proverb goes,a friend in need is a friend indeed. It is clear ④that true friendship must he sincere and unconditional. It should① be based on mutual understanding,not on mutual benefit.②Also, true friendship can always give us a feeling of security and warmth,and encourage us to make progress while false friendship will ①take advantage of us when we ①are crowned with success,or desert us when we are in deep waters.②Therefore,true friendship lies in the fact ④that they help each other and learn from each other.
②As for my principle in making friends,I think④ it is advisable to make as many good friends as possible.A good friend can always be a good teacher to us.② So, when I make friends,I should first of all make sure ④whether they are honest or selfish.
①短文多处使用了地道的英语动词，使短文读来流畅、生动；
②短文在适当的位置恰到好处地使用了篇章过渡性词语和句子，起到了画龙点睛的作用；
③引述一则谚语，烘托论点；
④短文多处使用了名词性从句，再加上定语从句和状语从句的配合，使短文句子变化灵活，错落有致。

I am of this opinion because I also think that ⑧…. Its true that⑨…,but it doesn t mean that⑩….Besides,….
It follows,then,that/It can be seen therefore that ….And it is advisable that we (should)…. If we want to …,we must ….Otherwise,we will ….(Just as a proverb says,“….”)
①、②插入名词短语；通常为标题中的关键词，两句任选一句；
③、④插入名词性从句，引出他人的观点；
⑤ 插入名词性从句，阐述自己的观点；
⑥插入完整句子，以小写开始，补充自己观点；
⑦插入完整句子，以小写开始，引述支持自己观点的实例，可以用几个句子，也可以省略；
⑧插入名词性从句；进一步陈述自己持这一观点的理由；
⑨、⑩插入名词性从句；作辩证式让步陈述：“…固然如此/正确，不过…”；
插入完整句子，以小写开始，再一次陈述自己持这一观点的理由；
插入名词性从句，提出自己的结论性观点；
插入动词短语，提出行为措施；
插入不定式短语，表达一种愿望；
插入动词短语，提出实现条件句所述愿望的行为措施；
插入动词短语，提出要是不按上述做法可能出现的负面结果；
插入一条谚语；可以省略；
注意：本模板与上一模板不同的是侧重考生自己观点的详细阐述展开，故他人的观点略写，只作短文引入，而对自己的观点要做多角度阐述。

There are never unanimous opinions among people as to opportunity.Some people believe that opportunities are rare,and only the luckiest persons can lay their hands on them,while other people argue that in a sense everyone is given opportunity of one kind or another from time to time.As far as I am concerned,I think that various kinds of opportunities are around us all the time.But they will not come into our hands of themselves.For example,when I was in high school there was a national chemistry competition.Most of my classmates thought that we rural students stood no chance of winning it.But my deskmate decided to have a try.He prepared for it with painstaking effort and finally came out among the prizewinners.
I am of this opinion because I also think that many talented people are required for the cause of economic development in postWTO China.Its true that those jobs demand some special qualities of us,but it doesnt mean that opportunities never comes.Besides,when an opportunity comes,it also brings a promise.
It follows,then,that opportunities are everywhere in our society and everyone are equally entitled to them.And it is advisable that we should always keep a watchful eye for them and handle them with care. If we want to be successful,we must takes pains to get prepared for opportunities as they duly arrive.Otherwise,we will not be able to seize them when they come.Just as a proverb says,“Opportunities are only for the prepared minds.”
