　　Write an essay of 160-200 words based on the following picture. In your essay, you should

　　1) describe the picture briefly,

　　2) interpret its intended meaning, and

　　3) give your comments.

　　In this picture there are 4 young people sitting around the dinner table. What is odd is that all of them are attracted to their phones, and refreshing their weibos and wechats rather than tasting the food or talking to each other. They are absorbed in the virtual world created by the cell phones. Conspicuously, the mobile phones have not brought us closer but alienated us from our true friends.

　　The painter who creatived this cartoon apparently endeavors to convey the message that we ought to be aware of the negative influence of the modern technology. Two decades ago, when smart phones or iPad were not in existence, life seemed much happier and simpler. We used to talk to our friends face-to-face, enjoy every party, and cherish the moment of staying with our family. However, with the advent of the sharpest double-bladed sword, the invention of the all-mighty smart phone, there has been no time in history where lives of people have been changed more dramatically. We have grown progressively indifferent to everything that actually happens around us and people who genuinely care about us. The mobile phones have sadly and desperately replaced our friends, our family, even ourselves.

　　From my perspective, it is about time that we stopped this situation
