　　Dear Sir，

　　Nowadays，there exists an increasingly serious environmental problem. White pollution has become a common concern of the public. According to a survey，in some areas the ban on the use of plastic bags are not very successful，so white pollution continues.(开头写的太罗嗦，其实就简单的说白色污染再继续，所以写信要给建议)

　　In my humble opinion，you would be wise to take the following actions. The first action is that，your newspaper would strengthen to report the problem about the bad of plastic bags. The second action is that ,your newspaper should persuade people not to use plastic bags. The last action is that your newspaper should allow the Government to formulate some policies to ban on the use of plastic bags. (这个中间段落结构上虽然清晰，但是结构句式却乏善可陈，没有任何句式的变化，唯一的优点就是在词汇上)

　　I hope you will find these proposals useful，and I would be ready to discuss this matter with you to further details.

　　You have just come back from Canada and found a music CD in your luggage that you forgot to return to Bob，your landlord there. Write him a letter to

　　Several days ago，I borrowed your music CD when I lived in your house. Unfortunately，after I came back from Canada，I found it in my luggage. I was in such a hurry that I forgot to return it to you. I will send it to you by post or express as soon as possible. If necessary，I will compensate for any troubles it may cause.(这个部分写的实在是没什么亮点，就是比较准确，没有错误，但可以写成， Firstly，the reason why i took away your beloved cd player and found it in my luggage is that i forgot to return it to you when i was leaving. And moreover，i am sure the terrible effect，namely the great inconvenience might be that you fail to listen to your favourite songs when you wnat. Lastly，I am confident that i will never make the same mistakes by avoiding my carelessness and irresponsiblity and try to return this cd play to you as soon as possibe by means of EMS.

　　Once again，I feel so sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please accept my apology.
