　　2016考研日期愈来愈近，很多同学之前花了大量的时间在阅读真题上面，但对其他题型的复习可能还远远不够，尤其是在解题方法和策略方面。要知道，做题都是有技巧的。今天，就来讲一讲英语一新题型之七选五的解题方法。它不同于传统的阅读理解，并不需要close reading，所以一定要掌握这类题型的出题原则和解题技巧。

　　方法一：线索词法

　　[A] No disciplines have seized on professionalism with as much enthusiasm as the humanities. You can, Mr. Menand points out, become a lawyer in three years and a medical doctor in four. But the regular time it takes to get a doctoral degree in the humanities is nine years. Not surprisingly, up to half of all doctoral students in English drop out before getting their degrees.

　　[C] Equally unsurprisingly, only about half end up :with professorships for which they entered graduate school. There are simply too few posts. This is partly because universities continue to produce ever more PhDs.

　　【解析】C选项的开头提到Equally unsurprisingly同样不令人惊讶的是，这表明请问出现过一次unsurprisingly，即A选项的末句Not surprisingly, up to half of all doctoral students in English drop out before getting their degrees.我们解题是就是利用这种首尾句的线索词，来确定两个段落之间的逻辑关系。

　　方法二：关联词法

　　Today ,the social sciences are largely focused on disciplinary problems and internal scholarly debates,rather than on topics with external impact. Analyses reveal that the number of papers including the keywords “environmental changed” or “climate change” have increased rapidly since 2004. (43)_______________.

　　[B] However, the numbers are still small: in 2010,about 1,600 of the 100,000 social-sciences papers published globally included one of these Keywords.

　　【解析】43题空缺出现在段落的最后，证明与其关系最紧密的应该是其前一句话。Analyses reveal that the number of papers including the keywords “environmental changed” or “climate change” have increased rapidly since 2004.句子的中心话题是在讲论文的数量快速增加了。那么后文应该继续围绕论文数量的话题展开论述。答案B选项正是在谈the numbers 数量问题，并且与前文是转折关系。前者说数量增加了，后文转折后说“但是这个数量依然很小”。

　　2016考研英语大纲中明确规定：新题型重在考查逻辑的一致性与主要内容的连贯性。为了保持一致与连贯，段落和句子之间经常会用关联词表示衔接和过渡。所以我们可以通过查找文章中和选项中标志逻辑关系的关联词来确定选项。并列关系词表明前后句义关系是一致的;转折让步关系词表明前后句义为反向关系。总之，新题型不需要每句都读，关键在于“找词眼”，抓住关键解题位置!希望大家好好利用线索词，预祝2016考生顺利通关，金榜题名!
