　　The year of 2011, in which the urban population excesses rural population for the first time, is the historical year in the process of China' s urbanization. It’s predicted that there will be about 350million rural population migrating to the urban areas in the next 20 years. Such a large scale of migration to the city is both an opportunity and a challenge to the urban transportation. The Chinese government always claims the idea of people-oriented development, and emphasizes the priority of public vehicles over private cars. It also appeals to build a society which is resources conserved and environmental friendly. With this specific goal, the Chinese can make better plan of its urbanization and convert large amount of its investment to the development of safe, clear and economical transport system.

　　2、 空巢老人

　　目前，我国半数家庭中有空巢老人。大中城市中，空巢家庭占比高达70%。空巢老人一般是指子女长大离家后的中老年人。 全国老龄委预测，从2015到2035年，我国将进入急速老龄化阶段，老年人口将从 2.12亿增加到4.18亿，占比升至29%。从 旧时的四世同堂到如今的核心家庭，中国社会的家庭模式经历了巨大变迁。每当假期结束，子女又要离家时，空巢老人会感到很难过，感到万分孤独，甚至出现分离焦虑。这是空巢老人特有的节后综合征。

　　Now about half of the country's households have empty-nesters, and the figure is about 70% in large and medium-sized cities. Empty nesters are generally means parents whose children have grown up and left home, and also can call "left behind" seniors. According to China Aging Problem National Commission, from 2015 to 2035, our country will become rapidly aging, elderly population will add up from 212 million to 418 million up to 29%. From four generations living under one roof to nowadays nuclear family with just the young couple and a kid. The family model of Chinese society has undergone great changes. When the holiday is over and the children are ready to leave home, the empty-nesters will have a hard time and feel they are in solitude and isolation, and even appeared the separation anxiety. This is the peculiar post-holiday blues of the-empty nesters.
